Twilighting

Sunday, September 30, 2012

I have already had an unexpected moment of twilighting. By twilighting I mean to stare out into the horizon completely relaxed, enjoying one's surroundings. Lost in thoughts or in the lack of thoughts. I have taken the expression from one of my favorite films, "Megane" (めがね) or "Glasses" written and directed by Japanese director Naoko Ogigami (2007).

Below is a couple of pictures from my little moment.

I took this picture above on my way to the town centre, checking how long it will take me to go to work tomorrow. On the way back I couldn't resist the temptation of going down to the beach. Before I knew it, I was twilighting. I have a suspicion that I will return to this place innumerable times.

I believe I have talent to be here.
